Can my gym request the deletion of my account on my behalf?
Yes, your gym can request the deletion of your account on your behalf. However, they will need to provide written confirmation from you authorizing them to do so. Otherwise you will have to reach out to us directly in order to proceed.
What happens when an account is deleted?
Once an account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems. Please note that deleted accounts cannot be restored.
