EGYM periodically updates its training programs to ensure the best possible training experience for users. These updates include changes in training methods, training cadence (e.g., reps, time under tension), and phase names. It's important to note that the training experience for users who stay in the same training program will not be affected. They can continue to work on machines as they have been. However, to ensure users benefit from the latest version and the most effective methods, it's recommended that a new training program gets selected.

How to Update a Training Program
Follow these steps to assign a new training program to a user:
1. Hold the user’s RFID transponder to the EGYM Smart Strength device.
2. Hold your trainer transponder to the device.
3. Select “Change Training Program” from the menu.
4. Choose the desired program from the list.
Once a new program is selected, the user will start in the program's first phase, and it's important to note that the previous program cannot be recovered. Please ensure the user is informed and ready for the change before proceeding, as this decision is irreversible.
