This error code is created by a faulty/missing internet connection. The Smart Strength device has no active connection to the Internet. Mostly this is also visible through a cross-bared WLAN symbol in the upper right corner of the device screen.
Troubleshooting:
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS:
Please check the internet connection. To do so, restart the router (EGYM and/or Studio router) as well as the EGYM Smart Strength device. Both the device and the router should be switched off for 2 min each before restarting, otherwise it will not be effective.
LAN:
Check with a LAN connection whether the cable is still firmly in the socket at both ends (device and router/switch, etc.). If necessary, reconnect once again.
