In general, you can log in with your regular login data from EGYM with each Smart Cardio device.
If a login is not possible, the device may possibly offline. In this case, perform a restart of the Cardio device.
If the registration continues to be possible, the RFID transponder itself or the RFID reader of the device may be defective if necessary. Swap the RFID transponder or contact the manufacturer of the cardio device because of the reader.
In general, a host login is always possible if a personal login does not work right now.
Please note that when using the guest logins the training unit is not transferred to the personal account.
