There are points per exercise, the number of points depends on several factors. (Age, Gender, Training Method, etc.)
There are also the following factors in addition:
- Repetition count
- Moving weight
- Range of motion
The calculation is very complex and can therefore not be reduced to individual factors such as lifted weight or repetition number.
In the ranking, the points will be deleted at the end of each month and the Battle will be reopened.
So you have the chance to be better than your competitors every month.
