There are a total of 6 levels in the fitness app. From wood to diamond. Depending on how hard you work out, you can keep your level, go down a level or go up a level. Therefore, stay tuned, because every 28 days you will be billed.
How can you advance to a new level? For each completed workout, whether cardio, strength or flexibility, you receive points. If you have reached enough points, you move up in the level. The app always shows how many points are still needed for the next level.
