We have officially removed the old (freely available) “eGym Fitness app” from the market and replaced it with the new Branded Member App (your club app). By the end of September this year (2024), we will also shut down all technical interfaces and cloud services that are still running in the background.
This change will not affect users who connected a third-party Fitness Tracker via “Connected Apps” in the new Branded Member App (your club app).
Due to the complete shutdown of all services of the former “eGym Fitness App” users who connected to third-party Fitness Tracker providers such as Polar, Fitbit, Withings, and Runkeeper in the past, the workouts and body measurements tracked with them may no longer appear in the Club App.
The user can establish a connection with third-party Fitness Trackers in your club app. To do this, simply navigate to your Profile (initial or image) > Connected Apps and enable the connection with the third-party Fitness Tracker.
