This can happen if:
- The training plan hasn't been created in the Trainer App.
- The training plan has a start date in the future/ is expired.
- The member has multiple accounts and his App isn't linked to the correct one or the member logged in with a different account (email) to the one where the Training Plan was created.
- The member's app account is not linked to their gym profile.
Troubleshooting:
- Verify the plan's creation in the Trainer App. Is the start date current or in the future? Is the training plan expired? Is it under the correct account?(check email address and compare to the one on the member’s app profile)
- Check if there is more than one account in the trainer app for the affected member and ensure the member is using the correct one.
- Confirm the app account is linked to the gym profile in your system.
- If you have a member management software with connection to EGYM: Issue a Gym Publish // Data Transfer to EGYM
