If you cannot log in to the EGYM Trainer App, you are missing either trainer rights or your password must be regenerated The coaching rights can assign you your studio operator on our homepage in the operator area. If you are the studio owner, you should usually have trainer rights automatically.
Your password can be reset by clicking on forgot password. An e-mail will be sent to you for this.
If you have already performed the steps just described, then delete the Trainer App from the iPad and then reinstall the Apple App Store.
