Please check if your access data is correct. If you don't remember the partner's login data, please use the partner's forgotten password button.
If you receive an error message on the partner website, please contact the partner directly.
If you have a problem synchronizing between a partner and the fitness app, please disconnect the partner account from EGYM and disable/delete your activity sharing for EGYM in the partner's account settings.
Then reconnect the partner via the fitness app.
Please note that the activities for EGYM need to be shared when configuring the sync.
